Refund Policy

We try to be fair and accurate with all product descriptions. Please read each description carefully. We do not offer refunds on any item unless it is grossly misrepresented.

If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item less a 25% restocking fee depending on the corresponding manufacturer's return policy. Shipping and Handling is nonrefundable. Return insurance and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking and other fees may be charged. If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. We will make every attempt possible to resolve an issue if we made a mistake. Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better. In the event that a product needs to be returned for any reason, return cannot occur without Government Lab Enterprises's approval and a Government Lab Enterprises's return material authorization form (RMA) or a returned material authorization number. Return of said items MUST occur in the original packaging. Customer must notify Government Lab Enterprises, LLC. within 15 business days after receipt of order for refund to be considered.
